CFO Tax Ledger by Still CFO LLC

Delete your data

CFO Tax Ledger has no accounts. There is no sign-in, and StillCFO keeps no copy of your records on any server. Your data exists only on your device and in any files or backups you made yourself, so you can delete all of it directly.

Option 1: Erase everything in the app

Open CFO Tax Ledger and go to Settings.
Choose Erase all data and confirm.

This permanently removes every trip, vehicle, saved place, entry, receipt photo, gains lot, rental record, planning figure and setting from the app on that device. It can't be undone, so make a backup first if you might want the records later.

Option 2: Delete the app

Deleting CFO Tax Ledger from your phone or tablet removes all of its data from that device.

iPhone or iPad: touch and hold the app icon → Remove App → Delete App.
Android: touch and hold the app icon → App info → Uninstall (or Settings → Apps → CFO Tax Ledger → Storage → Clear storage to erase the data but keep the app).

Copies you made

Backup files and CPA packets you exported are stored wherever you saved or sent them (for example iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Files or email). Delete them there. If your phone's iCloud Backup or Android backup included the app, those copies are in your own Apple or Google account and are managed in your device settings.

Purchase records

If you bought Pro, Apple or Google keeps the purchase record as required for billing and taxes. RevenueCat, which confirms purchases for us, holds the receipt linked to a random anonymous ID, not your name or records. To ask us to delete that RevenueCat record, email support@cfotaxledger.com with the subject "Delete my CFO Tax Ledger purchase record" and, if you can, the order number from your Apple or Google receipt. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can then restore Pro again later with "Restore purchase".

Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Pro in your App Store or Google Play account (how to cancel).
